The Walk-Through 

I visit your property, and walk through with you creating a list and color scheme, I will describe recommended changes that will enhance your property. For the Do-It-Yourself client, this is often decribed as a consultation.

Fee* $80

​Interior Designing for an Occupied Home or an Un-Occupied Apartment Model

I will join you in your home/complex, will work together transforming the space to create the needed appeal for your home/unit. I will use your furnishings and accessories to create the transformation.

If needed we will go shopping together for additional decor. (I do not include furnishings)

Fee* $450

Full Staging for a Vacant Home

After an intial walk through to access your goals and needs, I will meet with you at your property and perform a thorough assement of what needs to be fixed, updated and enhanced to prepare your property for sale. Then we will sit down and create a budget for each room, then I or We can go  shopping for the furniture and accessories. (this is not included in the fee, you will have to cover these expenses.) I will then stage your  home. (approx. 3 hours)

Touch-Up a Space

If you are just wanting to enhance an existing space.
